Avg Points Eaten: I started at a total of 38 for the day and I'm down to 33 because of all the weight I've lost. Some days I eat less and some days I eat all my points.

Avg Water Drank: When I started, I tried to drink 8 cups of water each day. It was hard. Right now I'm trying to up my water intake to 12 cups most days.

Avg Weeklies Eaten: These are for treats and days I go past my daily points. I started well in Sept and Oct but now I'm eating more of them. I'm trying to cut down again.
